This incredible shake is perfect to women suffering with low oestrogen thanks to the mix of protein, soya and omega oils. If you are suffering with period problems, fertility issues or menopause difficulty that is specifically linked with low oestrogen, give this a go for 3 months, you will be amazed at the results.
Start on the first day after your period finishes (or chose a day if your periods have stopped)
- 1 scoop of Syneprotein
- 1 scoop of Loclo
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
- 2 tablespoons of soya yogurt
- 2 small portions of your blood group fruit (prunes seem to suit all blood types)
- Top up with water
Blend with a hand blender, enjoy, tastes like pudding!
Have this shake for breakfast for two weeks on, then two weeks off. Repeat for three months or until symptoms have eased.
